Majdan is the network's civic project. Three directions were declared at the start: collecting evidence of russian war crimes, electronic democracy for Ukraine, and gathering facts of corruption. None of the three has an intake channel open yet, and the site says so plainly rather than claiming otherwise.
What does work are four services built around it, each on its own path rather than a separate domain: a finder for free healthcare, a war map, a register of charities worth donating to, and a search across the state register of companies and sole traders.
The services share one rule: everything they show has to be traceable back to a public source with a date on it.
